Rotimi Akeredolu, governor of Ondo state, recovers from Coronavirus



Ondo state Governor Rotimi Akeredolu recuperated from COVID-19. This was announced at a press conference on Monday, July 6.



The governor, who tested positive for the novel virus on June 30, said that another test carried out on the novel virus returned negative today.


''I tested positive for the virus and immediately went into isolation with supervised home management. Those days in isolation were defining periods for me.

After some days in isolation, our team of doctors decided to take my sample and I was tested again in accordance with the treatment protocol of COVID19.

The result came earlier today. I tested negative'' he said
